Thankfully, we were able to work with the same salesperson, Luke. Luke is great! He's super-friendly, easy to work with, and at no time is trying to sell you something. Instead, he really gets to know what you're looking for and guides you through options with information. Upfront and honest, no haggling required. He had no problems with our request to test drive 5 different cars. Patrick is so much different than other dealerships. I'd highly recommend them, and Luke, to anyone. More

Before going to Patrick I did my usual research [Edmonds, Consumer Report first from Patrick, my eighth either leased or owned in the past 25 years. Before going to Patrick I did my usual research [Edmonds, Consumer Reports, etc.], developed my detailed proposal, including price, and went to [and emailed] several dealers, none of whom came close to my calculations. At Patrick, Joe Dinneen played no games, listened, consulted his people, and in a short time we reached an agreement that was very close to my proposal. This was the best of the 8 negotiations,which is why I've written this review-- my first. More
I had not intented to buy but John Watt showed me a good deal and then was able to make it a great deal! I had owned 2 Subaru's before (both Forresters, both bought from Patrick) so I was comfortable with deal and then was able to make it a great deal! I am leasing a Subaru Legacy. Frank from the Sales Department was great---very interested in what I wanted in a car and very thorough and telling me about the vehicles. I started in internet for a quote from Michelle, then Tri took over to complete the sale process. Both are very polite, friendly and strainghtforward. We met Tri in person to pick up the car. We are a retired couple who are diffident about making a commitment to a new car at this time of our lives but our 02 Outback was getting a little long in the tooth and we wanted to have the comfort of a fu commitment to a new car at this time of our lives but our 02 Outback was getting a little long in the tooth and we wanted to have the comfort of a full warranty. We had planned another Outback but after listening to our requirements and answering all our questions fully, we agreed to test drive a new Forester. Tri was the warmest and politest salesperson you could ever find and we clinched a deal right on the spot and Tri got us in our new car by nightfall. We were pre-sold to a degree by the very favorable opinion we have had of Patrick in he past having serviced our Outback with them for it's entire 9 year life. We have always been treated courteously and had professional service. We rate Patrick as the best and Tri Le as Excellent. More
I have purchased the car over the Internet, meaning that price negotiation in regards to the car price and the options and its installation was done over the Internet. I really enjoyed this process taking price negotiation in regards to the car price and the options and its installation was done over the Internet. I really enjoyed this process taking into account the fact that Tri I dealt with was very responsive in answering my question, trying to find out answers about the option and being really open for accommodating my requests. We were able to close the transaction in a very short time of few days which included additional components ordering and installation. Good Job, I definitely recommend Patric Dealership and particularly Tri for the next car purchases. More

I called Justin to see if they had another "other-brand" SUV I had bought from them 5 years prior. Patrick Subaru is out-of-state and 55 miles away from where I live. They had the SUV I wanted. They gave me KBB book on my trade in and the sales price was good. Jason gave me a .5% LOWER car loan rate than quoted when I signed the purchase agreement. The vehicle was "mint" detailed when I picked it up. These are decent people trying to sell a product at a fair price. Russ B. (sales person) was polite, and while facilitating the deal, not pushy. His communications, after the purchase, were timely and he was very helpful. Patrick's is worth the trip for a positive car purchase. More
