But, if you DON'T LIKE the above then Patrick Motors is where you should go to buy your car! I and my husband wanted buy an SUV and so we went to Patrick Motors to test drive Forester but we ended up test driving Outback as well. Bob did not ask the most frustrating question that salesman at other dealerships ask before allowing you to test drive a car "If you like the car will you be able to make a deal today?" He was very nice, explained to us differences between the Forester and Outback and answered all our "stupid and intelligent" questions. We did not make the deal the same day that we test drove the Forester and Outback and Bob understood that we wanted to test drive other makes as well before we make a decision. We did not test drive any other makes once we left Patrick Motors. Bob's attitude, other people at the dealership (every salesman that we looked at smiled at us and welcomed us!) and the no hassle pricing they offered sold us the car. I would highly recommend anyone considering to buy Subaru's to buy them at Patrick Motors! More
Luke, my sales rep, was great. He was very patient and accepting of my numerous visits, test rides and protracted evaluation process. I arrived at Patrick after a trip to another dealership, feeling a little abused and harassed by my previous experience. I got the price I wanted, the car I wanted, and left with a smile on my face. There were no games, no nasty sales tactics, no tense moments. Luke was straight, to the point, and we got the deal done quickly. I highly recommend these guys (and gals). Skip the other dealers and go directly to these guys. More

I am a previous Subaru owner and I went in knowing the model that I wanted and was able to get just what I wanted quickly wihtout any pressure to upgrade or add on unnecessary acces. I purchased my 2010 Legacy 3.6R Limited a few weeks ago with Joe. I have never owned a Subaru, always Toyota so I was really looking to be impressed. I was not disappointed. The whole staff at Patrick was amazing and easy to deal with. I sent a request for an online quote and received a call almost immediately. I explained my situation and what I was looking for and was given a price for a car over the phone. Realizing that the price was better than I imagined, I went to the dealership to see about making a deal. I have to say that I was skeptical that my trade would be lowered, but much to my surprise I was given a more than fair price. Everything is very efficient at Patrick Subaru. While I test drove the car with Joe, the staff back at the dealership was checking out my trade. By the time we returned, we could look at numbers. This really is great service! Everything was done efficiently and thoroughly with the best customer service in mind. I would highly recommend the dealership and Joe with no reservations. It was a pleasure from beginning to end! If I have to say one thing, I would strongly recommend that a children's play area is built somewhere in the dealership. Anytime is long for little ones and Subaru offers active families great vehicles. Why not welcome those little customers as well! Happy Kids=happy parents! The "other dealers" couldn't believe the trade in value Patrick gave me but did not pursue a sale either. I ordered the car for the color I wanted and was told an 8-12 week wait. Tom called me every week to give me an update and the car arrived in 6 weeks. All the paperwork was ready for me when I arrived to pick up the car, and no surprises. Tom called me a week later asking me how I liked the car, that has never happened before from a car dealership. I love my new Outback, put me on a commercial, I'll sell the car for you hands down!
