When my choices narrowed to the CRV and the Forrester, the Subaru dealership I worked with came out on top in terms of the professionalism and courtesy of its staff. My decision on going with the Forrester was not due to this, but in hindsight, it's nice to know that I gave my business to a dealership that felt less like a factory trying to crank out the next sale. Working in the Motorcycle sales industry myself I become accustomed to "good service" and I believe we were very well looked after by Frank and the staff at Patrick's. I have been looking for a new car for awhile now. I knew that I wanted to get one this spring. I had it narrowed down to the Honda CRV and the Subaru Forrester. I went to one Subaru dealer, and didn't feel comfortable at all. They wanted to know when "I was going to pull the trigger".... I've had Saturns for my last two cars and was used to dealing with their way of doing things. I then went to Patricks. Todd the sales manager helped me meet John Watt who has been with their company for 17+ years. As a matter of fact he told me that most people there had been there for years. The service guys were all in their double digits years of working there. I even got to meet Elvis. John made the whole buying experience fantastic. I test drove on Friday and he even remembered stuff, non-car related that I told him while we were taking the test drive. Knowing that Patricks is 3rd generation owned and operated is important to me. Even when I filled out all my paper work, I'm sorry that I dont' remember his name, but he was fantastic. It was the last day of the month and he was closing alot of deals that day , but he was friendly, helpful, and funny. I actually look forward to doing further business/maintence with them. If it's anything like how I was treated when I bought my car, I'll probably buy another one when I wear this one out. More
Went in to look at a specific car. Mark showed me the car, did not try to steer me toward anything else. I walked in to look at potentially buying a new car and walked out a very short time later with an awesome new Outback. The service was quick and efficient. She was right with the recommendation, Mr. Lacrosse really helped my husband and I to lease our first new car, I didn't feel pressure at all to buy/lease a car. We test drove many cars and we ended up with a 2010 Subaru Legacy (premium), I just love it, it is a smooth ride, is elegant, I have no worries about anything, Mr. Lacross told me not to hesitate if I have any questions or concerns, after a couple of days I received a phone call from him, asking me how I like the car, I was very surprise by his attention. I highly recommend this dealer and definitely Mr. Lacross as a salesman. More
First time every buying a brand new car. I walked in and spoke with Joe, first thing he did was ask what the key important features and things I was looking for in my new vechile. He absolutely nailed it, he brought out a 2010 Legacy for me to test drive and I LOVED IT!! So we went back to the dealership in a very timely manner had the fiances squared away. Joe even helped me move my stuff from, my old car (traded it in) to my new car. I would send anyone to go see Patrick Subaru and Joe. More
We bought our 2 Subaru's at another local dealer 5 and 10 years back and they have not done well by us or our cars. We decided to try Patrick Subaru based off of recommendations from friends who also bought years back and they have not done well by us or our cars. We decided to try Patrick Subaru based off of recommendations from friends who also bought cars from Patrick's. The service, sales and parts personal at Patrick's have been very helpful in keeping our 2 Subaru's in good shape. This made our decision easy when it was time to buy a new Subaru to replace our 10 year old Outback recently. When it comes time to replace our 2005 Legacy GT ltd Wagon in the next couple of years. Service was outstanding at Patrick Subaru. They got me on the test drive within minutes of walking in to the showroom. Once I decided to buy the car, getting to a price and completing all the paperwork w on the test drive within minutes of walking in to the showroom. Once I decided to buy the car, getting to a price and completing all the paperwork was very efficient and took much less time than I have experienced at other dealers. To top it off, all the people were very friendly and a pleasure to work with -- this is not your typical car dealer. Highly recommended. More
