I was looking for my original review and had never put one in...so here it is: We purchased a 2009 Subaru Outback Wagon last year and I traded it in recently for a new Toyota Prius since my commute is one in...so here it is: We purchased a 2009 Subaru Outback Wagon last year and I traded it in recently for a new Toyota Prius since my commute is pretty far and we do not need the space that the Outback provided any longer. Luke Latham was a fantastic sales person; patient, through and a pleasure to deal with. Jason Patrick was hands on when needed, fair and willing to accommodate use. After we were dissatisfied with an after-market remote starter we had installed Jason agreed to replace it with the OEM version for only the difference in cost of the unit. The service department was through and took care of the basic maintenance properly and promptly. We loved this dealership and would not hesitate to purchase another Subaru from there in the future. When we were looking at area Subaru Dealers we visited all of them within a 30 mile radius...Patrick Subaru is hands down the place to buy a new Subaru. More

I had a no hassel approach. I told them what I was interested in and the car was placed on order. Once the car arrived they went out of their way to finish adding additional features to the vehicle s interested in and the car was placed on order. When I picked it up everything was perfect from the vehicle to the financing and paperwork. Overall, very happy with this dealer and how they went out of their way. I walked into the dealership at 12:30 and drove out at 3pm in my new (used) car. It was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had. I've bought seven new Subarus from Patrick, going back to the early '90s, the latest being a 2010 Legacy GT Limited. I closed on this car very quickly (literally, 10 minutes) because their first offer was exactly what I had expected to spend. The sales staff is low-pressure, and they were very helpful with test drives, product information, etc. It's a family business that has been around since forever, and they stand behind their products (as does the manufacturer). After the sale was complete, I received a number of courtesy calls to make sure that I was 100% happy with the vehicle and the sales process. My most recent experience was purchasing a new Subaru Outback. I came back to Patrick Subaru because my experience with my first Outback (a 2003) was great. This is the second car I purchased at Subaru Patrick, even though they are not the closest Subaru dealer to me, they are the best.
