After my wife and I decided on a Subaru, we went to our local RI dealership and test drove and got pricing on an Outback. Patrick was the best price, but more important than the price we got was the way we were treated once we got there. Frank Wilcox was knowledgable, not pushy, and a true gentleman to both my wife and myself. We felt confident in the decision we were making because all the questions we had were answered honestly and clearly. We also worked with Bob Bernier on the paperwork and again everything was clearly explained to us and their was no pressure to take added warranties unless we wanted them. I will certainly recommend Patrick to anyone looking for a Subaru, they deserve to be congradulated for the fine customer service they extend. Bob Meo More

We just took delivery of our new 2010 Premium Outback. This is my 3rd Outback. We looked at ALL the new products in this style of car but we kept looking at the Outback. This car fits our very active life style summer and winter. The new CVT trans is a real joy and the paddle shifters can be fun also. We worked with Luke at Patricks. We had so much fun talking about the differant cars and our very busy lifes. Luke really was a true joy to work with. It's never an easy thing buying a car but Luke just seemed to make it VERY EASY. It was my suggestion to bring my wife to this dealership to see a new subaru impreza. I had a good experience when I bought a pontiac from Patrick Motors when they were in Southbridge Mass. I was really sorry that I brought my wife to this dealership after our visit and I will never, ever be going there again as long as Todd and Corey are there. My wife never got to see the vehicle she wanted to see, was never given a brochure and never treated with the professional courtesy she deserved. These sales people were so concerned with whether we could afford the payments rather than helping us find the car we desired. They did not know and I did not reveal to them that we had already been preapproved by our bank so we were like a cash customer for them that they just let walk out the door. The first order of business is to welcome you warmly and help you find exactly what you are looking for then and only then work out the finances to fit there needs. None of this was done, it was a terrible experience and they missed out on a sale. More
All was well until it came time for numbers and an appraisal of our trade in. I had researched the value of the trade on Edmund's and had spoken to other dealers. Patrick Subaru offered $8000 for a car that we eventually traded in for $13,300 at Village Subaru in Acton. Be careful. Patrick will lowball your trade while wearing a big, friendly smile, to see whether you take the bait. My daughter and I simply walked out. The next day we received a call saying they were willing to do better on the trade in. Classic dealer sleaze. More
