I just had mi 02 Imprezas 90,000 mi service done, also asked to have an oil leak looked at. I new that the valve cover was leaking and the machanic found that the headgasket was leaking also. The service consultant (Brenda who is GREAT) worked with me to get this work done in a very timly manner and kept me informed as to what was done (and keep the cost to me as low as posable). I had a 2003 Toyota Camry I was trading in and got a great trade in price. When I was walking in to showroom I was met by Corey who took the time to go over all of the Subaru vehicles with me. I pretty much had made up my mind to purchase an Outback which I did. Took one out for a test drive and new that was what I wanted. Corey took the time to go over all of the features with me and he had a true appreciation of what a great vehicle the Outback was. A friend also pointed out to me that you never really hear anything bad about Subaru and given all of the problems with Toyota I decided I needed a change. I purchased a 2010 Outback a week after my initial visit. What I wanted wasn't on the lot, but Todd was able to find what I wanted. I had a great experience at Patrick Subaru and would go back again. I love my 2010 Subaru Outback!!! More

After visiting several Subaru dealerships I discovered Patrick Subaru through Consumer Reports. They where the first dealership that seamed to want my business. Contact was first through email, however the showroom visit was a very nice experience. My salesman Bob LaCross was down to earth easy going and not slick and slimy like other salesman at other dealerships. I did a fair amount of time researching what a good price range for my Outback should be and Patrick meet my asking price. The other dealerships would not. When I picked up the car it was all detailed perfectly in and out and Bob spent about 20 minutes going over every button and feature. He also showed me the service department. At this time I have not used them, however they have a loner car, nice clean waiting area. Looking forward to trying the service department in the near future. I have also told 2 friends about Patrick one is looking for a new Legacy wagon. You would not be wasting your time if you visited Patrick Subaru. When I visited they had tons of new cars in stock. My daughter had been looking for a new Outback for months and she was ready to buy. We did all the price & options research online and went to Patrick as they had the model she wanted and you always get the and she was ready to buy. I had a firm price in mind for what we would pay (given my daughters trade-in) and with minimum give and take, they agreed and we drove home that day. Fast, easy, fair. Tom Welch did a great job, took his time and did an excellent walkthrough of just about every feature of her new Outback. Filling the gas tank before we left was also a great surprise!
