I went to this dealership as a recommendation from friends. I was treated great from the minute I walked in and everyone was very polite. Tri was fantastic and so convenient. This was the first time I have ever bought a brand new car from a dealer and this was one of the best dealers I went to and I was not pushed to buy I was helped in getting the car I wanted. More

NO pressure on the sale and no hassle when taking our time to look at the inventory. We were interested in the 2010 even though the new cars were out. I never felt pressured in talk or body language to get a 2011. Our saleperson was friendly, helpful after the sale with how the car runs and great with follow up. The experience for me was just the way I like it-just the facts and finding the right price for me. Also, when I returned to buy winter floor maps for the car another salesperson offered to carry them out to the car for me and I bet if I asked he would have helped me put them in as well, but I didn't need the help. Surprisingly great experience with these folks. They had the car we wanted in the color we were looking for and features we needed. They matched the CostCo price we were offered by another dealer who had the car we wanted in the color we were looking for and features we needed. Patrick worked with me and made my experience as painless as possible. I live in CT and when they registered my car they arranged for me to meet them in CT close to my home so that I did not have to make the as possible. I found them to be honest and forthcoming about all things regarding the purchase of my new/used car, and I could not be happier with the car itself. I found this dealership through a service which is offered on the Consumer Reports web site. Through this service, I did not have to bargain and purchased the car for a set price. I did everything over the telephone and was exceptionally happy. One of their salesmen, Tri, helped us through the entire process of purchasing a car.... this was somewhat complicated by the fact that we were out of state. Tri gave me his personal cell phone and I was in frequent contact with him over a period of several days. He was always available.... and that includes nights and weekends when I was not working. He was exceptionally patient, informative, knowledgeable, pleasant......... he seemed to be the antithesis of what the stereotypical car salesman is supposed to be. He was not pushy and he came off as being completely genuine (I would like to think I'm a good judge of character). He looked into the laws of purchasing a car in the state we live in and communicated that effectively. After I purchased the car and drove off the lot, Tri called me back at 8:30pm the following night when I had a question about one of the functions which I could not get to work. I have a pet peeve about people not caring to do their job well when they work in customer service. This was not the case with my experience and when it comes time to purchase another new car, we will go through Consumer Reports/Zag.com again and I will certainly be giving the same salesperson a call. I remember people always telling me never to get service done to my car at Patrick Subaru, but i though nothing bad could happen to me - they did not know what they were talking about.. (yeah right!) I could write a book on why i think Patrick Subaru should NOT be recommended to anyone but Ill try and keep it short. In the beginning it was great, the sales rep whent out of this way to put me in a subaru - no matter what it took. about 6 months later i started having problems with the car and brought it into service it was then i realized that no one there knew what they were doing, they would diagnose my issue and tell me it was one thing, then when i picked up the car they said it was somthing else - and never fixed the problem, giving me the run around. it took 4 tries back to the delaership before they fixed the problem, each time they would put over 20 miles on my car and give me the feeling my car was taken out only to run errands when they should have been working on it. the last time i took it there they fixed the issue but found another way to make me upset and fail miserably at any attempt to ever make me go back (i could go into detail but like i said I dont want to write a book). to sum this up I would have to say dont trust these people with your car if you bring it in for service, its only going to snowball to the point where you wish you never bought a subaru in the firstplace, dont waste your time go to another subaru delaership. More
I needed a new car and had been test driving Fords, Hondas and my husband said go check out a Subaru. Well I was met promptly and after questioning me about my needs we test drove an Impreza and I loved it. I brought my husband back to see it and we then drove the Outback. We were very happy with the ride and all our questions were answered..no pressure at all. We came back again with teenagers in tow to check out the legroom and even though it was closing time no one made us feel we were holding them up in fact I would of thought it was open until 10pm! I felt very comfortable and had all options explained such as buying or leasing. We leased our 2011 Outback and are very happy with it and all the staff. I will tell everyone about our experience at Patrick Subaru. More
Just purchased my second Subaru from Patric Subaru - never thought about going to a different dealership, even though there are others closer to home.
