I'm old enough to have bought many cars in my life, and I don't particularly look forward to the experience. The salesman, Joe D., was very pleasant and accommodating, without being oily. He is both bright and honest. His approach seems to say: "Look, we're both adults here, lets dispense with the B.S. I want to sell you a car and you want to give me as little money as you have to. Lets make it work." And it did. I might add that I was so pleased to be treated in this fashion that I brought my daughter along on the next visit -- she had also been contemplating buying a Subaru -- and she felt the same way! Women are often treated in a condescending manner by car salesmen, but Joe was only respectful and direct with her. We bought two Outbacks! More

After an exhaustive search for a car for our daughter I landed at Patrick Subaru. They had a what I felt was a very good price on a 2009 Legacy and wanted to trade in my Accord. I filled out the online "instant quote" thing fully expecting that not to be honored because it seemed like some sort of gimmick but they gave me exactly what the quote was. I did get the usual "He went all in on your trade so there's nothing left to negotiate" with regards to the price on the Legacy but whatever....by this time I had had enough of slimy dealers and their crap and I agreed to the price as I thought it was fair enough anyway. A short time later my wife came on the scene and insisted on driving a zillion different variations of the same car which Tom was very happy to accommodate...he has more patience than I do. The whole experience was good. Nothing fancy, no free donuts or other crap but a very clean, professional dealership with friendly staff. I'd suggest them to others and would definitely return if they had the car I wanted. More

Due to the time of my arrival, the waiting room was full, and since it would take 3-4 hours before my car could be looked at, they offered to drive me home. I decided to look at what was on their lot and the Sales and Leasing Consultant I dealt with was extremely patient, informative and a pleasure to deal with in the steps I needed to take in order to finalize my purchase. By mid-afternoon I had my vehicle and was driving off the lot. I have dealt with Patrick Motors for over 8 years and have found all of my encounters to be professional, informative and courteous.
