My salesman, Jeff, was wicked awesome! Jeff found me the perfect car at another Subaru dealer. Patrick Subaru went and got it and brought it back. He had a very down to earth/no bs approach...no pressure at all. I really liked his style...I honestly felt like I wasn't even talking to a salesperson during the whole process. He added a personal flair to the interactions and it made it easy for me to relate to him. Jeff took the time to explain everything throughout the whole process... even in the beginning when I was comparing models and then even when we picked up the car, etc. Jeff even accompanied me up to parts department on several visits and made sure I got the 10% off too...very cool. I bought a few accessories. This was my first time purchasing new car and also my first Subaru. I went with a 2011 Impreza Hatchback. Definitely glad I went to Patrick Subaru. Everyone there was very polite and accommodating :) The dealer is very local for me... 15 minutes away from my home and 5 minutes away from my work. More

I did have concerns about the timeliness of getting loan and sales paperwork, bu they eventually resolved it to my satisfaction. I do love the car, that's for sure.
