I purchased a 2011 Outback Subaru. It is a terrific vehicle. Russell was wonderful in explaining the features and use of all the options when we picked up our car. Great experience with dealership overall. We went to Patrick to check out Subaru in general. We were looking for a new car that was larger than our Accord and had AWD. Dick was extremely helpful in explaning the different models and helping us f were looking for a new car that was larger than our Accord and had AWD. Dick was extremely helpful in explaning the different models and helping us figure out which vehicle would work best for our needs. Dick knew pricing, sizes and options for the whole Subaru line and explained it all to us in great detail. In the end we purchased an Outback limited. I was, shocked to say the least, that the Subaru's could offer so many options for the price! It was a great feeling to buy a car that has all the toys and amanities without a rediculously high monthly payment. The sales staff (Dick - salesman, and Steve - sales manager) were all very nice. There was NO undo pressure. It was a very very easy buying experience. We negotiated the price for our trade and agreed to a very fair price. I would buy here again, especially from Dick, again in a heartbeat. I have not had experience with service depatment yet but if its anything like the sales team I will be extremely happy! More
