After having some frustrating experiences in Western Mass I decided to look out east. Patrick Subaru after my first was professional straightforward and efficient. I originally went to Patrick to lease a new vehicle, but was talked down to by a sales manager after asking about a discount, and told that they would find a new customer willing to pay MSRP. Regardless of inventory, it’s common practice to ask about discounts at a dealership, so this was unnecessary, and led me to go to a different dealership where I did, in fact, receive a deal. I then returned to Patrick to see about selling a car. I was handed an offer printed directly off of Edmunds, which I recognized as a number below the value of my car, meaning the sales agent had entered incorrect information. Once again, I went to a different dealership where I received an offer $4k higher. A substantial difference. I don’t doubt that Patrick does it’s job well, but it is not a dealership I would recommend. More
