We had a great experience with Patrick Motors including working with Tri and Rob. Tri was extremely thorough and treated us with great respect during our process. After going to several dealers are reviewing our car options, it was clear that we wanted to purchase an Outback from Patrick. We even got to the price we wanted with a certain dealer, but went out of our way to go back to Patrick in the middle of a rain storm before the hurricane so we could close a deal with Tri. We are also thrilled that Patrick is adding on to their service department which will make it a full service shop in order to handle all our maintenance needs. Patrick Subaru was the only dealer within 250 miles of me who had the vehicle I wanted and at a good price. I am about two and a half hours drive from Patrick so I expected a long day of the usual waiting ar who had the vehicle I wanted and at a good price. I am about two and a half hours drive from Patrick so I expected a long day of the usual waiting around for a salesperson, conferences with the sales manger etc., etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how respectful the entire Patrick staff and especially the sales staff and Tom, the sales representative was of my time. At my initial visit Tom had the car ready for me, explained everything in great detail, took me on a test drive, answered all my questions, and we agreed on a price right there with minimal waiting. He even gave me great directions back to NY so I would miss the heavy traffic! The next step was the paperwork needed for me to register the car in NY prior to pickup. Again, Tom and the office staff did a great job. All the necessary papers were sent overnight with detailed instructions on signature locations etc. As an aside, my trip to the New York State DMV was the easiest I had done thanks to the folks at Patrick Subaru! The next day I drove back to Patrick and picked up the car and as usual Tom had everything waiting for me and I was back on the road in no time. I give Patrick Subaru my highest rating and I would most certainly buy another car from them in the future. More

I just purchased a brand new '11 Impreza 2.5i from Patrick Subaru and it was a process was a pleasure! Never quite been so easy and painless (27 yrs of car ownership). I came prepared and well informed about the car that I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. After test driving the car, I was able to quickly negotiate a deal with Tri's help. We shook on the deal Saturday 5pm and drove the car off the dealer's lot Monday 11am. The financing process was very smooth (1.9% DCU new car loan) and was completed without a hitch. Patrick Subaru was able immediately register the car and give me new car plates even w/o a trip to the RMV (they already have the plates in house!). Finally, Tri reviewed with me new and/or Subaru specific features, maintenance terms, and location of unusual buttons in the Impreza. He even gave me his cell phone in case I had questions! I recommend Patrick Subaru without any qualms. I'll post another review after the first service! More

I purchased a used 08 Subaru Legacy. On the way home from the dealer, the low tire pressure light came on. I stopped in the next day on the way home from work. The service dept closes at 515, and I got there at 5. They took me in and replaced the sensor, which took over an hour. Louie was great, outstanding service. I only got one key with my car. I got an email from Dave Patrick congratulating me on my new purchase. I replied that I was happy with the service so far, but was disappointed in only getting one key with the car. I was told by someone that an extra key (the key has the door open/lock, trunk release, and panic on it) was 150.00 at the dealer. I asked if there was any way to get a second key, since I believe every car, new or used should come with 2 keys. He apologized for not being aware that only one key was with the vehicle, and asked me to come in at my convenience for a second key. My salesman, Russel was great to work with, no pressure, and the experience was great. Outstanding service and great attitudes at Patrick Subaru. More

I went to Patrick because they had the right model/transmission/body style on the lot. Simple to say, I will not buy another Subaru (will be #5) from anywhere other than Luke at Patrick. Overall a great dealership, easy to reason with, willing to help and make a deal. I have played the dealership game with other people but this was the first time for myself, Luke and the higher ups were very straight forward and able to deal with my ways. Luke helped me through each and every single question I had. He was even able to get creating with the detailing guys to take care of some used car blemishes. I have nothing but good things to say about Luke and the dealership. I don't know how the other salespeople are, but I, and anyone who even thinks about buying a Subaru will be directed directly to Luke if I have any say in it. He is the hardest working salesperson I have ever seen. More
