After 5 or 6 weeks of test driving different cars and a few long sessions with various sales people, I knew I wanted a Subaru Outback. By the time I went to see the new 2012 Outbacks at Patrick's, I was prepared for a lengthy negotiating session. As it turned out, it was very easy, quick and painless. I was pleasantly surprised as was my husband. I feel like we were reasonable and they responded and we closed the deal that day. I've had my Ouback for almost a week and so far I am loving it! Patrick Subaru was by far the most customer focused of the dealers I dealt with. They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. The salesperson personally reprogrammed the electronic key so the horn wouldn't honk when the car was locked or unlocked. He also called me several times to keep us updated on the cars arrival. He even searched the web for me to find a seat belt adjuster for short people. The paperwork was simple and didn't take very long at all unlike the process on a previous new car purchase at another dealership. They answered every question honestly and quickly. This was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. More

I called Patrick Subaru about a white Subaru Legacy that was advertised on their website. When I showed up the next morning for a test drive, the sales manager had the keys waiting for me. Frank Wilson was was advertised on their website. When I showed up the next morning for a test drive, the sales manager had the keys waiting for me. Frank Wilson was my sales person and was very low pressure. Everything was made easy for me, all my questions were answered and I purchased the car without having to spend my whole day there. When I began to drive the car I realized that there were a couple of issues with the radio and the cup holder. I called the sales manager and he had the service manager call me back immediately and schedule an appointment. When I brought the car in to be checked out, the service person was extrememly helpful and had someone drive me to work. They called me at work within 2 hours to tell me what they found and how they corrected the issues. Overall, I have had a very good experience with Patrick Subaru and would definitely recommend them to others. More

We have purchased many cars throughout the years and delt with all types of dealerships. Right from the first walk on the lot to final delivery, our expectations were met and actually exceeded. I sell for a living in a different industry and when I was introduced to Stephen the Sales Manager, he respected the fact I too sell for a living and had little time for games. I requested his best shot at my business and the offer that he presented was actually better than I had hoped. We then brought in a trade and again his best offer was right on the money. We closed the deal and when I came in to get the car, it was clean, had been serviced and they installed all new tires which I had not expected. I would be happy to tell anyone looking for a new or used car to see Patrick Subaru if you live in Massachusetts. We could not be more happy with our car or our experience with the staff at Patrick.
