I bought my 2012 Forester Limited with the assistance of Truecar.com. The price came in at the "Great Price" category. I avoided all the haggling which I hate. It was all handled by email, although they certainly gave me their cell phone numbers if I preferred. The costs were all presented up front and there were no hidden fees when it came to the signing. I drove an hour from my home as it was the best deal in my region and well worth the fairly short trip. The closest dealer was charging $300.00 more including what I believe was a phony "port fee" and the other dealer would not return my emails and charged $100.00 more for documentation fees than Patrick Subaru. The car was completely ready to leave when I arrived without any hitches. One slight smudge on the leather seat was quickly cleaned,and my salesman gave me a very nice car cleaning kit for my slight trouble. Far an away this was the best car buying experience I've ever had with the combination of Truecar.com and Patrick Subaru. More

Subaru builds quality vehicles and has done a great job of building a strong brand, particularly here in New England. The person we worked with, Frank Wilcox, did a nice job of answering all our questions and providing us with a very competitive price. He made every effort to earn our business but at no time stepped over the line to pressure the sale. The whole team, including the business office, is very straight-forward. They know they have a good product and are just trying to make the experience as easy as possible. In the end Frank, and Patrick Subaru, did everything they said they would and we are now happy owners of a 2012 Forester. It's a nice car. I have heard good things about Patrick's service department but have not experienced it for myself just yet. More

I knew I wanted a Subaru and the 2012 legacy has everything I could possibly want in a car. So glad we got to work with Tri, who was the perfect combination of being professional and enthusiastic about the product, but never pushy about the sale. He answered every question I had, took care of all the insurance and plate tranfers, even alerted me to make sure the policy date was right when our insurance guy was confused. Not that one day difference on the policy would have been that bad, but Tri really seems to pay attention to every little detail and really loves his job. I would recommend Patrick's and Tri to anyone shopping for a Subaru! More

Luke has been great ever since I bought my Forester in Nov. 2010. He makes a point to greet me whenever I come in for service, and he always checks to make sure I'm satisfied with the work.
