I thought I knew what I wanted, although after sleeping on the selection overnight, I decided that I wanted to go "up" one model. Joe was happy to accommodate me and we had a deal. I have to admit that the deal the factory was offering on pricing was very attractive, and combining that with what seemed to be a very reasonable trade in price, made my new Forester a no brainer. The system that you have for picking up calls for salespeople when they are not on site, or are busy with customers, is excellent. I never felt as if I was left "hanging". Information was provided, either on the phone or by email with the assurance that whatever we talked about would be shared with the salesman. We have had two previous Subarus, an Outback and a Forester,purchased from Patrick. Our experience with the service dept. has been very satisfactory with both cars and I look forward to another good experience with my new car. More
I hate car shopping, but I needed a new car. Checked out websites in the area where I live (South Shore) and Central Mass (where most of my family lives). Between email, telephone and being at the dealership (3 different people), all my questions were answered, trade-in accepted and the car was ready to drive off the lot in less than 24 hours (I drove it off the lot on a Saturday afternoon). I would go back and buy another car there, no question. More

We had a fabulous experience with Tom Welch when we purchased our Suburu Legacy 2012 Premium 2.5i; we added bunch of features and we thought we would keep the vehicle for many years to come and paid 23 purchased our Suburu Legacy 2012 Premium 2.5i; we added bunch of features and we thought we would keep the vehicle for many years to come and paid 23.1K, which was generously a fair value. Recalling the good experience, I called back again after 5 months from purchase date as our situation had changed with expecting twins. We wanted to buy Suburu Tribeca, unfortunately I dealt with Lisa Borricino who was extremely rude and unfriendly ; she was so rude on the phone that I had vowed to never buy a car from Patrick again with her disrespectful and condescending tone that almost made me believe she didn't want to sell the car..she told me that our car is devalued at 19K and told me to take it or leave it. In response, Steve Rivers-Sales Manager called me back and apologized for the unprofessional woman who dealt with me. He provided the trade in Quote and the total cost of the vehicle which was what I wanted... The trade in offer this time was 22K, which was much reasonable. We went back to the dealership, we had a pleasant time with Tri Le, he probably is most mild mannered and cool salesman we ever met. He was well informed from financial cost to vehicle engineering. He was not pushy at all and he respected our space. He took his time to ensure that our double stroller fit in the back of the SUV and provided really good informative advices on overhead storage as well. He is an excellent car salesman and highly recommend him. I recommend working with Patrick dealership/ Tri Le and go back there again More
I came in today because I needed an oil change, had a tail light out, and I wanted them to check out a grinding noise I was experiencing on sharp right turns. As usual, Elvis was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process- very personable. He escorted me to my car, which was on lifts in the work area, to see the mechanic who was troubleshooting my grinding noise. The mechanic, also very pleasant to talk to, showed me directly underneath the car what was causing the noise. I always appreciate when I'm allowed/encouraged to see things for myself. I was glad the noise turned out to be something insignificant but even if it had been something serious, I know my car was in good hands. For the labor involved in figuring out the issue, I was pleasantly surprised at how that translated into the price I payed- they are very reasonable for having such experienced mechanics. I have to mention I saw Brenda Ocasio, another Service associate, a few times in passing and it's always a pleasure to see her as well because she cares and remembers her customers well. All in all, I was there for about 3 hours in the customer waiting area. While I enjoyed using the complimentary wifi they have, I have one major complaint about the waiting experience- the coffee. They have a beautiful building and to see that outdated, convenience store Bunn setup there just doesn't fit nor does it taste good. Please Patrick Subaru, for the sake of everything holy, replace it with a Keurig machine! Your customers and employees will thank you for it! More

He was very knowledgeable about our car & was understanding of our concerns. He used some of his own time to find us the car we wanted. Jeff even had a great sense of humor throughout the ordeal.
