One morning I decided it was time to get out of my Jeep and into a new Crosstrek. From the time I got my KBB value to driving away in my new Crosstrek the entire process was as painless as could be. Laura at Patrick is simply awesome. She kept me updated and even worked with me when I went back & forth on model, trim level, etc. She mad it a super simple process for us.
