I was hit broadsided by a half ton pick up where the other driver ran a red light. I came through the accident just shaken and sore but no serious injury. A testament to the Subaru safety. The folks at Patrick were terrific and got me into a Forester as quickly and as seamless as possible. They made a difficult experience easier. Many thanks. Love my Forester! More

Easy buying experiance I was referred to Patrick by my finance company who has a buying service set up. I had quotes from both True car and my finance company. I spent an hour emailing different dealers to find the car I was looking for and Patrick matched all quotes had a car I was interested in and agreed to an out the door price. I called in a deposit, made arrangements to go In with my financing, showed up 9 am on Saturday morning and left by 1015 with all paperwork completed. This is the second Subaru I have purchased in three years, I'm sold on the product, I have been looking for the dealer who deserves my business. I have purchased twelve new cars in my life time never two cars from the same dealer. I will go back to Patrick Subaru. More

Painless car buying experience We were very pleasantly surprised and most appreciative when we had such a painless experience buying a Subaru Forester at Patrick Subaru. When we we We were very pleasantly surprised and most appreciative when we had such a painless experience buying a Subaru Forester at Patrick Subaru. When we were in the very beginning stages of considering buying a new car and were comparative shopping, we stopped by Patrick Subaru to check out a Forester. We spent about forty-five minutes getting in and out of a Forester in the show room and checking out its features without anyone bothering us. We were asked once if we had any questions and then were directed to where we could get our questions answered once we were ready. We test drove a Forester with Nate Goodro who was very knowledgeable about the car, answered all our questions, and was very transparent about pricing information. When we left that day, we asked not to be called and emailed, and Patrick Subaru honored our request. Because of that positive experience, we chose to return to Patrick Subaru to purchase our new car when we were ready to do that. Once again, Nate Goodro guided us through the purchasing process and spent much time with us giving us necessary information and patiently answering our questions. Negotiating a purchase price was very fair and easy, and the dealership was very transparent about costs to them and to us. We were pleased with our purchase and with the whole process. When we left the dealership, we were given contact information for any questions and concerns and told to call or stop by any time for help. Since buying the car very recently, we have emailed with several questions, and we have always gotten quick responses. We would highly recommend Patrick Subaru for all the reasons mentioned above.
