I brought my mini to Patrick Mini and I was given the royal treatment. I was given a loaner even though I forgot to request one. They were very accommodating. They found out the solution to the problem w royal treatment. I was given a loaner even though I forgot to request one. They were very accommodating. They found out the solution to the problem with my Mini, fixed it and it runs great. As always I get a free car wash when I get it serviced. Totally satisfied!!! More
Patrick Mini is the dealership where I bought my MINI Cooper and where I get it serviced. My visits so far are under warranty and are routine. Service has been friendly, done in a short enough time for m Cooper and where I get it serviced. My visits so far are under warranty and are routine. Service has been friendly, done in a short enough time for me to wait in the pleasant waiting area with amenities including coffee, vending, machine, TV, and magazines, as well as comfortable seating. I could also browse through the showroom to see new models and also an historic Cooper from the 1960s that had appeared in a film. More
I was having issues with the airbag light in my 2003 MCS. I read Mini extended the warranty on this specific problem. I took it to Bill Jacobs @ Naperville and they lied about it and tried to charge me ~$100 I read Mini extended the warranty on this specific problem. I took it to Bill Jacobs @ Naperville and they lied about it and tried to charge me ~$1000 for it, after letting me sit in the waiting room for 4 hours. I went to Patrick Mini @ Schaumburg, and sure enough, I was right. It's covered by the warranty. They fixed it on the spot in 30 minutes, free of charge. They have been fantastic. More
Outstanding service - staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to schedule annual maintenance on a short notice ( one day in adavence) and also had some minor problem checke knowledgeable and friendly. I was updated on the status of the work several times and got the car back in perfect condition. And also I had really great experience buying the car as well. Each time we've been to Patrick Mini we have had a great experience. I've also been able to work in their waiting area as they also have internet available so that means the world to me not having to take a experience. I recently went through the most unpleasant auto buying experience of my entire life. When I told this to Andrew he told me it was the same for him. My buying experience goes back to my original Mini Conve experience of my entire life. When I told this to Andrew he told me it was the same for him. My buying experience goes back to my original Mini Convertable which was said to be an S model and turned out not to be so. The exchange vehicle this time an S model was delivered damaged by transport. Adrew explained to me that "some little person in some little room somewhere entered the wrong informaion and should not first vehicle was not an S and not sold at an S price. He also explained that any other dealer would have just "refused to correct the mistake and just have me keep the Cooper as is". I think Andrew's attitude was arragant and condecending at best. All of the paper work, contract and online information recorded the first Cooper as and "S". But I wasn't charged for an S but had to pay an additional $1,000.00 dollars for the second S model? In additon the first vehicle included a programable garage door opener whereas the second vehicle does not. Andrew would not include this option for me and I offered to pay for it if necessary. At first it seemed that this might take place however I was then told that it could not be retro-fit into my Mini. I was also told I could call Mini direct to confirm this inforamation. Well the vehicle was repaired and does not have a progrmable garage door opener! I will never be satisfied with this vehicle and am bitter about the entire experience with Patrick BMW and Andrew Zolpher and will probably never get over it. It just boggles my mind as to how much of a hassle it was for me to purchase this vehicle. The vehicle was overpriced, the contract was not correct. the attitude of Andrew is unacceptable, the way the garage door opener was handled was a farce. Very unhappy to say the least. More
Service is amazing. Recently I had some mechanical issues with my Mini which turned out to be covered under the manufacturer warranty. Throughout the process Bill and his team (Grant and Blake) were h issues with my Mini which turned out to be covered under the manufacturer warranty. Throughout the process Bill and his team (Grant and Blake) were honest with their feedback, excellent communication, and knowledgeable about Mini Cooper. They definitely know their brand and various models. They made the experience as seamless as possible. I appreciate their knowledge and solutions. More
Patrick has been my favorite MIINI dealership since 2002. That's when i got my first MINI (on my third Mini Cooper now). Patrick's service has always been great. Customer service is exceptional. I've never had a bad experience at Patrick Mini. From the moment I first walked in for a test drive 6 years ago, the staff have continued to be honest, extremely friendly and helpful above and beyond the the moment I first walked in for a test drive 6 years ago, the staff have continued to be honest, extremely friendly and helpful above and beyond the call of duty. I can't recommend them enough both as a new car dealership and as a place to have your car serviced. I wouldn't think of having my car serviced anywhere else, and five years after purchasing my car from them I continue to make the hour-long trek from my home for even simple maintenance issues like oil changes and snow tires. Choosing Patrick Mini over other area Mini dealers was the best decision I ever made. More
