Quality Service I reached out to schedule my first service with Patrick Mazda since purchasing my vehicle. Rachael very quickly responded to me and helped me schedule an appointment time that worked for me. I requested to wait on site while my car received the service and was told it would be a little over one hour. When I arrived at my appointment, the staff at the desk was courteous and answered all of my questions while my car was brought in for service on time. Overall, the appointment took 45 minutes and I was talked through my service report. I appreciated the prompt start time, early completion time, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
