Patrick Mazda - Service Center

I brought my car in on the 21st. The service department said they would probably look at it that day. I live by myself my children live in other states. To my surprise they weren't open Saturday. On Monday the car still wouldn't be working on it either. I was all alone for 5 days with no car. I no this probably won't make a difference to anybody but I have cancer and it's a good thing mpthinh happened. It ended up being the battery More

Female employee at service counter (no name tag) wore no mask and did not stand behind the plexiglass barrier. Brought my car in for it's "first scheduled service" and was very pleased with the people at the Service Desk as well as the video the Technician sent me while I was waiting for my car. I made an appointment online for 8:30 for 2nd year service and an inspection sticker. The site asked for a pickup time I chose noon auto wasn’t ready until 4:15.
