Like the Mazda ad states "ZOOM, ZOOM, ZOOM". In and out with great service and professionalism thanks to the General Manager, Z and his entire staff. They go the extra "mile" for you. Purchased our first with great service and professionalism thanks to the General Manager, Z and his entire staff. They go the extra "mile" for you. Purchased our first Mazda 3 years ago....because of great service returned for our 2nd Mazda. If you are looking for true gentlemen to do business with Z , Rich and Dan (not to mention Steve, the internet sales manager) at Gallo Motors will work for you the customer. Thanks again to you all. Loving my new purchase!!!!! More
I don't have a single bad thing to say about this dealership, and that's quite rare for me. They were very professional all the way through the sales process, in stark contrast to what I've experien dealership, and that's quite rare for me. They were very professional all the way through the sales process, in stark contrast to what I've experienced elsewhere. The car was ready as promised and super clean. It also doesn't hurt that Mazda is making some pretty amazing cars these days! More

Very expensive for 45,000 mile check up- Over $385.00 to change oil and few filters and check fluids. Way too expensive- felt like I got robbed. Makes one not want to do checkups but silly volvos flash mess change oil and few filters and check fluids. Way too expensive- felt like I got robbed. Makes one not want to do checkups but silly volvos flash messages at you till you get it turned off and only the Dealer can tuyrn the messages off. This is a used Volvo so therefore if they think I have money because I own a Volvo they are sorely mistaken. More
I went in to buy a used Honda Accord. The salesperson, Jason, that I dealt with was friendly and helpful. However, he will soon hand you over to the sales/general manager once the negotiation process begi Jason, that I dealt with was friendly and helpful. However, he will soon hand you over to the sales/general manager once the negotiation process begin. They will PRESSURE you to complete their loan application, which they make a ton of money out of (your trade-in is another source of income for them, people get ripped off all the time.) Even though their sales policy says that they will not pressure you, they WILL without any hesitation. I tried to haggle for the price of the car, the manager says "have a good day" and instantly walk away. I can understand if he counter-offer or say that it is too low, but to walk away is plainly rude. I would not recommend buying from all the dealerships that they own (Mazda, Saturn of worcester and fitchburg, and Volvo). Consumers beware! More
