I could not have hoped for a better sales consultant than Joe Congelos. Joe was extremely candid with me during our meetings, and was very receptive of my needs and concerns when it came to choosing my car. Joe provided not only professional guidance, but fatherly advice when it came to picking the best car for me, which I greatly appreciated as I am a young adult and this is the first car I bought myself. Considering the fact that I was purchasing a new car, I feel that Joe gave me a fair price on my Mazda, and guided me through my first financing experience with ease. Joe and the rest of the staff at Gallo Mazda treated me and my family with the utmost respect, while always remaining appropriately casual and humorous. I'm very detail oriented, and they were patient and willing to engage in a lot of back and forth emailing to work out details before we ever met. When we met, they were very friendly, and not pushy or aggressive at all (a key in today's consumer driven sales environment). Their patience and professionalism, combined with a good price and reasonably close location to my home closed the deal. More
Around 3 weeks ago, with our 4 kids in tow, my wife and I went to Gallo on a Friday afternoon to meet with Ramon hoping put a deal together for a new CX-9. They had even stayed late on a Friday night, after normal closing-hours to accommodate us. I had told them that I would come back the next morning to finalize things unless they could have us out of the dealership within a half hour. Steven Ka, Ramon, Zee and their finance manager did just that. I'm very happy with my experience at Gallo and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a fair deal without all of the BS. More
I wished Gallo Mazda was my first stop for car shopping because it would save me a ton of time and effort. This was my first car purchase for personal use and I was looking to purchase either Toyota or Maz because it would save me a ton of time and effort. This was my first car purchase for personal use and I was looking to purchase either Toyota or Mazda. When I first stepped into this store, Steven was very friendly, patient, and willing to understand my priorities. I test drove 3 different mazda3 used cars and Steven ended up recommending the current car that I purchased that wasn't on my to-test drive list. I actually went back to the store to test drive 4 times before actually closing the deal. I ended up buying a used 2008 Mazda3 hatchback Blue. Steven was extremely flexilbe to appointments and open to discuss any pricing conflicts. Especially, Gallo Mazda is confident about their car quality because per Steven's permission, I took the car to the mechanics and Gallo Mazda actually resolved the problems stated by the mechanics w/o any charges, such as brand new tires, fix window shield chip. Overall, I had a very personal, comfortable, and definitely a long-lasting experience with Gallo Mazda. Remember, if you find anything in the car, such as light doesn't work, just mention it to Gallo and they will try to compromise and fix it for you. Although I don't live in Worcester, it's not a big issue because I prefer customer satisfaction other than anything else. I promise that Gallo Mazda isn't like any other auto stores with lies and fake talk, they have their reputation on honesty! They will help you through the process if it's your first time. More
