FANTASTIC experience, NO pressure! Often times people only write reviews when they have had a poor experience. I'm not one of those people. My mechanic told me that my old Infiniti was beyond further repair and that I should look for a new vehicle. I stopped by Gallo yesterday to take a look at pre-owned cars because it was in the vicinity of work. I met Stephen Ferguson on the lot and he showed me the pre-owned cars I was interested in. Now I'm the type of person who HATES going to car dealerships with a passion. The breathing down your neck, pressuring you to buy the most expensive vehicle on the lot and trying to persuade you into something you weren't looking for. For the very FIRST time on a lot, I felt relaxed. After looking at 2 cars, I felt such a good, honest vibe from him (Stephen) that I didn't even bother looking elsewhere. I showed up by 10AM today, test drove the car, financed, registered, transferred my plates AND got inspected all before 2pm. I am a woman (yeah, I said it) and this is the very first time I have purchased a vehicle on my own. (I have owned several in 20 years but always with help) Never once did I feel like I was being left out of the loop or being pressured into anything. I would HIGHLY recommend Gallo for any new or used car purchase. I would also especially like to thank the sales consultant, Stephen Ferguson and the sales manager, Chris Duggan for the most pleasant experience. Excellent buying experience! I had done research on many different smaller SUVs, but when I finally went to test drive them, none of them impressed very much. A mutual friend had I had done research on many different smaller SUVs, but when I finally went to test drive them, none of them impressed very much. A mutual friend had suggested I contact Matt Rosenlund at Gallo Mazda and check out the CX 5. I did like the look, but was skeptical that it would be the same disappointing test drive I had with the Honda and Toyota equivalents; well I was wrong. The Mazda CX 5 is tight, peppier, responsive and fun to drive. I bought it on the spot and have been very happy with it for the past couple of months of ownership. I get a consistent 27 mpg overall and still gives me the acceleration whenever I need it. Beyond the vehicle itself, Matt and his team went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. It has been a long time since I actually enjoyed buying a new car, but the team at Gallo in Worcester made it happen! More

Used 2015 XC70 AWD From the Internet to reality. I was looking for an SUV/Wagon type of vehicle. I was always a fan of Volvo but, never really inquired. I went to Gallo From the Internet to reality. I was looking for an SUV/Wagon type of vehicle. I was always a fan of Volvo but, never really inquired. I went to Gallo on 9/2/15 to test drive and to make a deal. On the test drive my salesman Stephen answered all questioned an offered up all the information he knew. I enjoyed the test drive as you go on 190 to start and take Rt. 12 back to the dealership for a real test drive; a little highway and a little bit of everyday street traffic. Once we got back I had my 2012 Grand Cherokee valued and bingo a deal was made. To my surprise Stephen made the deal complete with us driving off the lot with the new/used car at 9PM. I have to say from first impressions it's a busy place but, once you get the attention of a salesperson your treated exceptionally well. I can now say I have joined the Gallo family. More

Patiently and quickly answered any questions I had honestly (and I had a lot), very low pressure with focus on my satisfaction. I would recommend anyone to shop at Gallo for their Mazda without reservation, and ask for Kevin-you won't be sorry. Finance manager Matt was as helpful and focused on my benefit as Kevin was, finding me a better deal on financing than I had found myself, and taking the time to explain fully to me to ascertain I understood what and how financing would work, including a Mazda incentive where first two payments would be made by Mazda, when I didn't think I qualified. I will return for my next Mazda purchase, and highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mazda. More
