There were unfortunate issues with the Rhode Island Department of Motor Vehicles, I understand these issues we're out of the dealerships control, however I would not be upset if they had communicated with me, rather than me having to hound them. They knew I had to drive over an hour to get to them but when my car was ready no one bothered to call me. More
