Chris was also incredibly helpful, explaining the ins-and-outs of the loan process, why the numbers were what they were, and provided a detailed breakdown of all of the add-ons and warranty options, again without being pushy. He provided suggestions without any of the normal "better get this before the deal goes away" tactics. I passed on the first dealership I went to when I was checking out newer Mazdas, and am quite happy that I decided to look at this place. I would definitely recommend them! More
