He was very organized with paperwork, and was also extremely knowledgeable about the car. We had traveled from SE Mass. to test drive the car, and it was worth the trip. In a reasonable amount of time we had completed the test drive and paperwork. Aaron arranged for a small loan at a very reasonable interest rate. We returned the following day to pick up the car. Chris went through all the financial paperwork, and then we were on our way. My only wish was a better price on the car. The dealership was not willing to negotiate at all. But the experience was very positive, and I would recommend Patrick Automotive as a no-frills dealership. The service dept. was also very efficient when we returned to get our inspection sticker and have a small part replaced. More
