Typical dealership Our sales guy was great , however it’s the same old song and dance with each and every car dealer in the country, thankfully we bought brand new so th Our sales guy was great , however it’s the same old song and dance with each and every car dealer in the country, thankfully we bought brand new so they were unable to gouge us the usual way ,we were told we had to make our first months payment the day we bought the car however I just received a letter from Mazda stating MAZDA has made the first month payment complimentary! So who paid the first month fellas?? I have a feeling it’s just another ploy from the dealership to squeeze as much out of the sale as possible. The sad thing is I fell for the typical scam from the beginning ! Saw a car online made apt to see that car and of corse the day of my apt it was sold quote ( oh sold just yesterday )end quote , so I’m not disappointed since there is very little the buyer can do to control the situation other than walk away. But we did need a new vehicle, so it is what it is I just wish dealerships would be more honest and truthful More

Didn't have the car on the lot I emailed with Colleen and Molly to verify the two vehicles I was interested in were still available. About half an hour into my appointment I learned that the vehicle I preferred wasn't on the lot; it was 35-40 miles away being driven by the finance manager. I'm still dumbfounded that no one bothered to make sure a car I specifically asked about would be on the lot for my appointment. I'm giving 2 stars because Steve, the salesperson, handled the situation well. He apologized for the inconvenience even though it wasn't his fault. More
