Steve really listened to what was important to us and made excellent suggestions. He gave us thoughtful information during our test drive without pushing us. He truly wanted to be sure we chose the right vehicle. Aaron the sales manager was helpful also. There was no high pressure pushing or upsellling involved. After we decided on a car Chris Dugan walked us through our paperwork and answered all of my questions. I have to say that they handled everything and even got us a finance rate that was better than we were able to find. I highly recommend Patrick Mazda and will be using them again in the future. Who knew buying a car could be a pleasant experience...thanks guys! More

Fantastic Experience! I wasn't quite sure what I wanted for my new car, but I had some cars in mind to test drive and research. On my initial visit to Patrick Mazda, I test I wasn't quite sure what I wanted for my new car, but I had some cars in mind to test drive and research. On my initial visit to Patrick Mazda, I test drove a CX-5. This dealership told me there was no pressure to commit to them and to continue my research. After I finished my research, I determined I wanted a CX-5. I really wanted it in silver, but they didn't have one in the lot. Not to worry, though! Lowell and Aaron went above and beyond--they found one nearby and gave me an unbelievable deal! On top of that, I got a very fair price for my trade-in vehicle. Overall, this dealership is no pressure and is very much willing to work with you. Lowell, Aaron, and Chris are super friendly and knowledgeable. This is the 5th vehicle I've purchased in my lifetime, and this has been BY FAR the easiest transaction. Highly recommend these guys for your next vehicle! More

Excellent Staff & Service My husband and I were in search of a Mazda CX-5 and filled out the Tru Car survey. We received a call within 2 minutes from Patrick Mazda and since we My husband and I were in search of a Mazda CX-5 and filled out the Tru Car survey. We received a call within 2 minutes from Patrick Mazda and since we had the day off, we drove up to see them. We were greeted by Junior (3 weeks into his new position) who was very kind in welcoming us. He led us in to speak to Aaron, who introduced us to Lowell Feingold who would be working with us. Lowell was knowledgeable, kind, patient and just an all around great and honest guy. We told him exactly what we were looking for and they had one on site to take for a test drive (not the color we wanted, but were told they could have it within a couple of days). My husband was upfront with Lowell and told him that we had heard back from 1 other dealership that we were going to check out. We knew we were going to stick with Lowell because he was just such a nice guy and treated us without pressure. We left and went to another dealership who had the personality of a rock. We were barely acknowledged upon walking in and the woman we worked with would not work with us to get to a price we felt fair. Lowell offered us a fair price that was within our budget, so, we called Lowell back and told him he had earned our business. Lowell was in constant contact with us. We picked up our new car today (less than a week after visiting him), and he showed us how to pair our phone & how things work. We highly recommend Patrick Mazda and Lowell Feingold. We had such a great experience with the dealership and with the staff. We wish Junior much luck on his new endeavor. We will be back for when it's time for me to trade in my new car! More
