Took my fears and made the experience a positive one I was recently in a car accident in which my car was totaled and I needed to find a new car. After a lot of research I chose a Mazda CX-5 that I had s I was recently in a car accident in which my car was totaled and I needed to find a new car. After a lot of research I chose a Mazda CX-5 that I had seen online at Patrick Mazda as one of my top choices. My husband and I went to see the car in person and were met by Larry who quickly made us both feel at ease. As I test drove the car nervously as I felt a bit like I had PTSD, Larry couldn't have been more patient or encouraging. No pressure on the sale, just supportive and concerned. Once we decided this was the car, the finance person, Chris, was also very helpful and made the finance piece of the transaction pain-free. The day I picked up the car it was ready and waiting ...my home address already programmed into the navigation system. Larry spent a great deal of time showing how the features worked and even went so far as to give me flowers before I left! Oh one last thing - the battery on the spare key didn't work and again Larry was quick to say he would get it replaced (which he did the next day - actually giving me two new batteries for each key). The entire experience was terrific! .What person can say that when they go buy a car? Thank you Patrick Mazda, Chris and especially Larry. You are what all car dealers should be! More

Lowell helped me find the car that met all of the wants I indicated and was in the price range I was comfortable with. He didn’t rush through the process and answered all of the questions I had, which were numerous. Aaron helped to evaluate my trade in and early financing options, and then Chris spent as much time as I needed walking me through the financing process without making me feel pressured into any agreements, which is something I have perceived at other car dealerships! I never expected to walk away hitting all the wants I had, but the staff at Patrick helped to make that a reality. Anyone considering a Mazda or Volvo should start with Patrick! More
