First of all, I admit that I showed up with a bi I purchased my first Mazda, a Mazda3 Hatchback, from Patrick Mazda Volvo on Goldstar Blvd, Worcester. First of all, I admit that I showed up with a bit of an attitude, from past car shopping experiences. So I wasn’t overly nice to salesman Larry Shetler when he came to help me. But when I saw my car and took it for a ride with him, he changed my mind about buying cars entirely. And more importantly, my husband liked him too (and he doesn’t like anyone), especially after his car purchase a year ago where I won’t mention. I waited a bit too long to write this review, so I don’t remember the names of the finance person or the maintenance department person, but honestly it was an overall excellent experience. My husband was impressed with how up-front everyone at the dealership was. There were no surprises at signing - and I should mention that I left the dealership during the inspection and insurance dealings. And poor Larry actually came to the mall where I was because I had shut my phone off and they needed me to speak with the insurance company myself. If I ever buy another car, I’ll be going back to Patrick’s. I love my car🙂 More

No pressure to buy, just good service, answered all our questions and was very helpful in getting the plates transferred from our old vehicle to the new one. Coming from southern Rhode Island, the location isn't exactly convenient, but their customer service was totally worth the drive. I worked specifically with Steve and I never felt pressured or like he was trying to up sale me. Steve was extremely knowledgeable about the Mazda CX-5. When it was time to take my new car home, Steve went over every single feature of the car. I was doing a major upgrade from a car that was 10 year old, so I'm really happy that Steve took the time to show me all of the gadgets so that I didn't have to spend the next 3 days reading the manual in my driveway. I feel very good about my purchase and tell everyone I know to make the drive up to Worcester and buy from Patrick Mazda. Every employee at this location was pleasant. More
