Impressions of my online experince and with dealer followups Contacted the dealer via the web on the availability of a listed cx-5. Internet sales followed up but stated that were short staff so she could not connect (phone) with me that day. Annique suggested the next day, Saturday morning at a set time. Well she never called nor followed up after.I did email her to setup another time, giving them yet another chance. I also via the web, emailed the owner directly, Never heard back from him nor her. So Worcester Patrick Mazda came off my list. No way am I wasting my time chasing them if they don't want my business. Overall First, Second and Third Impression are a Failure. I certainly would not recommend them to anyone. I totally understand we are going thorough some very tough times but hey, have a little customer focus and basic A B C's follow ups and common curiosities. More
