Very positive and informative I've had my eyes on a CX-9, and as we had leased a 2018 6 sedan for my wife 2 years ago we had gone back for service on the car. It took about 5 minutes for him to convince me to lease a 2020. He worked his magic and it was a done deal. He literally made getting a new car as easy as getting a new shirt! More
