Our experience Henry was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not rush us in our decision making process. Took the time to show us many car options. At one poin Henry was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not rush us in our decision making process. Took the time to show us many car options. At one point, after we had a estimate on one car, we asked to look at one more car before our final decision. David was heard speaking very rudely to Henry saying, “why did you bring me the other estimate if it was not final.” I did mention that interaction To Henry who appeared embarrassed by that interaction. I don’t know if Henry mentioned my comment, but David did appear more curtious to us later. Chris D was very hurried during the paperwork process. We waited almost over an hour hour to begin the finance process and felt very rushed to sign the papers. His rate of speed while reading the documents was very fast. My husband wanted to call our insurance company to ask a question about the lease. David told us he made many people waiting and we would have to go back in the cue and wait. My husband left the room and I stayed to read all the documents. He also make a comment when we did not take the gap coverage that it was the worst mistake we were making today. I realize that covid caused a backlog of business, but the managers should treat all the prospective customers better. More
