Fast, fair and friendly. Visit was for routine maintenance. As part of the tire rotation, they asked if I was getting any vibration while driving. I’m highly unsatisfied, I was told my car would be fixed after being in the shop for over a month. May27th-July 6th. I was told nothing was wrong after letting them know there was mold and wet pads under th after being in the shop for over a month. May27th-July 6th. I was told nothing was wrong after letting them know there was mold and wet pads under the carpet. It came back with mold still in the car and scratched on the drivers side front fender and wet pads. Service staff was less than helpful and seemed like all I was doing is bothering them. I’m nine months pregnant and have two other children having mold in a lease that is less than a year old is unacceptable . I asked for paper work when picking my car up stating what they did to fix it and I was told there was none. And they couldn’t provide me with any. We will no longer servicing our lease with Patrick Mazda. Your sales staff has always been more than accommodating I have enjoyed doing business with them they always are willing to help. More
