If you are going to check on a car you saw online, don't trust them when they tell you it is available. They had a 2016 Mazda6 up with 55k miles for $15k. I though it was too good to be true. I asked two different representatives ahead of time over text and email for confirmation that it was still on the lot. They confirmed. I showed up and they didn't claim it was sold that day before I got there or anything, but that is was sold 2 WEEKS prior. Not even hiding the bait and switch. The guy who was helping me was nice enough but if they're willing to lie about that just to trap you in the door, what else are they willing to lie about for the sale? Additionally, Just to get a feel for the cars I did test drive a mazda3 and let them appraise my car for a trade-in while I was on the test drive, since I was curious of my trade-in value regardless. I asked to go ahead and get my keys back (you know, my property) when I returned and gave them their keys. He said "oh we can worry about that in a minute." What an off-putting technique to keep a person at the table, gatekeeping their own property. All in all a good learning experience but not a good experience as a customer. More
Nick was a pleasure to work with. I went to Patrick because of the positive reviews and I went to Mazda because the brand has been doing really well for my preferred class of vehicle. I am in the process of getting a new lease from Patrick Mazda and after some hiccups they have worked with me assure that everything is taken care of. I Had no issues with Kendall from sales this is our se Mazda and after some hiccups they have worked with me assure that everything is taken care of. I Had no issues with Kendall from sales this is our second time working with him and he has been great both times. I also talked to Dave who’s the sales manager to settle everything 10/10 sales. Finance could be a little more fine tuned to make sure small mistakes don’t become larger ones but overall pleased. More
