I was greeted by Michael, and he offered to show me around their inventory. He listened to all my needs first then showed me cars that matched my specific needs. I put off buying a car 3 years ago because of how annoyed I was with salespeople when I had looked around, but when I met Michael I was sure he was honest and cared about what I was looking for in a vehicle. He went above and beyond by staying late 2 of the nights my husband and I visited - yes we took the time to make the decision to buy but Michael never pushed or made it seem that his time was more important than ours. Really appreciate that. I had already been to other Kia dealerships before coming to Patrick Kia and the other dealers could never find the car I wanted - they kept trying to sell me the one they thought I would like. Michael found me the exact vehicle, in my preferred color with all of my preferred options! He did not expect me to settle for less than what I wanted.
