The best car buying experience I have ever had! I've bought quite a few vehicles in my life, but we were looking for my youngest daughter's first car. We visited the dealership on Labor Day and we I've bought quite a few vehicles in my life, but we were looking for my youngest daughter's first car. We visited the dealership on Labor Day and we were very politely greeted by Michael Munford as we looked at different vehicles. Michael was extremely pleasant to talk to and to work with. My daughter had visited a couple other dealerships with her mother, and she was very impressed with how Michael answered any questions we had and explained the details and features of the cars she was interested in. When we left that day, there was no pressure to buy at all. Michael and Sean both thanked us for coming by, and added that if they could earn our business, they would be grateful. When we returned a couple days later to purchase, Michael took care of everything in a very timely manner, the paperwork was completed and when we went to speak with Darrick and sign the paperwork, we were thanked numerous times, and once again we were not pressured into buying any add-ons or extended warrantees. We were asked about one or two things, but when we declined, Darrick moved on to the next thing to sign. Everyone we spoke to on the staff at Patrick Kia was extremely friendly and congenial. The price quote was neat and easy to follow, and unlike other dealerships I have dealt with, there were no hidden costs or fees. When it comes to our next vehicle, we will definitely start with Patrick Kia. You couldn't ask for a better car buying experience! More
