Gus always does a great job, and I know I can trust him for the best advice. I had the usual maintenance work done, and my window was not working properly and that was handled on the same visit, saving me for the best advice. This was my first time having my 2008 Santa Fe serviced at Patrick Hyundai. Upon entering the service area, I was impressed with its' cleanliness and how your service writer welcomed me and explained that at Patrick Hyundai. Upon entering the service area, I was impressed with its' cleanliness and how your service writer welcomed me and explained that my oil change also included a general walk around observation,looking for burned out light bulbs,,fluid leaks,and tire tread wear abnormalities. I was then escorted to the waiting area,which,too,was clean and comfortable. After about forty minutes, the Service Mgr.(I don't recall his name) advised me my car was serviced,and invited me into his office,where we discussed what was done ,including checking all the fluid levels and telling me they all looked good,and I did not have to be changed for several thousand miles.That was a relief. They even washed my car before returning it to me. Overall, I was quite impressed by every aspect of my visit...from the professionalism of the staff to the attention to "doing it right the first time" attitude. THANKS PATRICK HYUNDAI, and to quote the terminator,"I'l be back." More
I had a service appointment for my car's 6500 mile checkup. It only took a little over an hour including the free car wash. I took my car in due to recall notices. I was told it would probably take an hour and a half and if was all done in less than an hour. Gus was ver;y pleasant and explained all the reasons I needed my rear brakes fixed (in lay person language). He was helpful in helping me figure out why my passenger seat belt might have been locking and needed my rear brakes fixed (in lay person language). I returned to Patrick Hyundai for a safety recall and Gus was friendly, professional, and took care of the problem promptly. Checked my car and seen I need rear brake pads, resurfacing, the brake fluid flush was friendly, professional, and took care of the problem promptly. After paying for the car at the cashier when it was supposedly complete, I ended up waiting an abomination of 60 mins for them to bring my car out to me. After seeing customer after customer who dropped their car off and paid for their service after me and get their cars back as I waited in their lounge, I brought the issue to their attention. Apparently they forgot about me and left my car in the garage that entire time which is inexcusable. How someone could not notice that a car is sitting in their shop is beyond me. This is the equivalent of a restaurant kitchen losing your order slip or forgetting to make your order. At least you get compensated for your wait with a free drink or appetizer though :( Edit Remove More
