There is a scheduled time that the service department is very prompt to follow. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the service associate comes out and explains what has to be done and how long i very prompt to follow. I refused the service and was told my car was ready for pick-up since no additional service was to be done. This was only my second visit to Patrick Hyundai (first visit earlier this year), so it should have been obvious that I had had my car serviced elsewhere previously. After checking my records at home I determined that I had my 30K mile service done as needed at the appropriate time. I was disappointed that the service employee did not ask if I had had it done but instead tried to sell me the service. More
