I think you all forgot that my car is still in your fast and best service center (what I was thinking but its not true) for the last 1 month. Yes, thank you for giving me an alternate car with a FREE cigarette smoky smell(sometimes having headaches bcoz I m not a smoker, but that's fine; I don't have any choice). So, kindly accept my humble request and repair my Santafe 2021 ASAP. Thank you, Jatin More

Service was a joke, waste of time, waste of gas, and no effort on there part on getting the problem resolved on a timely manner. Buyer beware on sales, especially the SERVICE PART!!! Service department starting with manager do not understand customer service. Brought car in 3 times in 2 month span for the same reason and received 3 different diagnoses. Ended up with new battery understand customer service. Brought car in 3 times in 2 month span for the same reason and received 3 different diagnoses. Ended up with new battery over $200, new key fob $400 and no working radio. Spent way more than necessary to resolve the issue. TERRIBLE communication from manager to workers to customer. Requested a part that was removed to be left in the car, but it was not returned to us. Phone calls were never returned either throughout the whole process. Whenever we were able to make contact, multiple staff ranged from unfriendly to borderline rude. Will do whatever is necessary to avoid coming here for service in the future. More
Do not recommend service at this location. A major part was put on upside down by this shop. A private shop found the problem and rectified. My insurance paid for all the work done at Patrick. Patrick was put on upside down by this shop. A private shop found the problem and rectified. My insurance paid for all the work done at Patrick. Patrick also put on a frame that was damaged (provided by insurance company) They should have refused to put that on. Again another shop was able to get new parts put on. In the future if insurance company demands you put on used parts, please check to see they are not damaged. This could have resulted in a tragedy. Sorry to say I will not be setting foot in your shop again. More

Not only will they not listen to you, but they chose to disrespect you when you disagree with them. If GUS is your seervice advisor ask for another one immediately because he charged us for something we didn't ask him to fix and wouldn't fix the issue that we brought up. On top of a disrespectful service advisor, the service desk associate, Aubrey, was just as rude and disrespectful to me. Overall, I had one of the worst dealership experiences of my life and I would have rather gone to a local mechanic shop then go to Patrick Hyundai and work with Gus and Aubrey. I am now selling my Hyundai and buying a Tesla so I can work with people WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT ME. More

Scam "VIP" oil change program. I tried to use my $11.95 lifetime VIP oil change coupon and they wouldn't let me. They said there is a limit. This is the second car I've purchased from these people and this lifetime VIP oil change coupon and they wouldn't let me. They said there is a limit. This is the second car I've purchased from these people and this has NEVER been enforced or explained. Used to be a good dealer, now it's kind of scammy. I hope the extra $25 of service revenue was worth losing a customer. More

Gus explained the maintenance needed along with oil changes and everything was taken care of in a very timely matter. Gus also kept us informed of the progress while we were waiting. We have purchased 3 cars from Patrick Hyundai/Schaumburg and our experience with sales (Manny) and service has been exceptional. Thanks for always taking time to talk or be of service. More
