I bought the vehicle here with a side mirror that wouldn't adjust and they said they'd fix it. Well they had to order the part and it took me two months to get ahold of the manager to set up this appointment. I got a call telling me the part was in and drove 45 minutes only to find out the part was not in and that they refuse to fix the mirror. I will never be coming back to this dealer! More
Bought 2011 Sonata and had to get the unit that holds the sunglasses was recalled. Service replaced the unit, but it had a big gap on passenger side and cloth was dirty since tech did not wear gloves. Also sunglasses was recalled. Service replaced the unit, but it had a big gap on passenger side and cloth was dirty since tech did not wear gloves. Also found screws and clips under my seat Took it to another dealer and they pointed out that wrong parts(screws) were used by patrick service tech. Second attempt was loose and this was blamed on wiring for homelink, even though original fit great. Third time, Randy fixed it, got more dirt on the cloth, plastic pieces from stripped parts all over my console, some spray residue on rearview mirror. As I was driving away i said I need to find a new place to go for service cause they suck. Randy called me on my cell phone and told me not to come back! SO I WILL NOT, and would NOT recommend anyone to go here for service. More
I went in for a tune-up. It was about $600, which seems high, but so be it. Two new tires later and some other 'stuff', and it was $1000. That's a lot of money for a tune-up plus. I would still go back, high, but so be it. Two new tires later and some other 'stuff', and it was $1000. That's a lot of money for a tune-up plus. I would still go back, but a discount, even a small one would have been very appreciated. More
I was really impressed with the service here. One day I was driving past the dealership when my car started to sputter and stall out. Somehow my car barely crawled into the dealership's parking lot. I walk was driving past the dealership when my car started to sputter and stall out. Somehow my car barely crawled into the dealership's parking lot. I walked into the service dept w/out an appointment, and they took care of me right off the bat. I left the car there and they took care of a timing belt issue I overlooked as well as only charged me cost to replace a crank sensor, which was causing the call to stall int he first place. I also had some leaking coolant hoses that I said I would fix myself. Yet, when I showed up to pick up my car they had fixed those for me as well at no cost to me. Service like that will keep me coming back to Patrick Hyundai for service issues because I now know, my business will be appreciated and I know I'll be getting a better than fair deal. Thank you Gus in service. More
My seat was making a weird squeaking noise so I made an appointment to have it looked at. Every time I moved from side to side or took a turn it would make a sound. When I brought it in they were ready for appointment to have it looked at. Every time I moved from side to side or took a turn it would make a sound. When I brought it in they were ready for me and had me out at the time they had promised. Problem was solved and was very pleased. More

This dealer did a fine job, however they do include a $100 (ish) fee simply to have a car inspected for issues. This can be applied to the final bill, but it does create a lower end for any work to be d $100 (ish) fee simply to have a car inspected for issues. This can be applied to the final bill, but it does create a lower end for any work to be done. My experience was good, however I did have to come in twice for the same repair. The first time I came in was for my front washer fluid pump. It was pumping rear fluid, but not windshield fluid. When I brought it in, I told them that I needed it working again, and I suspected the pump. They then 'confirmed' that it was the pump, and I took the car back while they ordered the part. I then noticed that the pump was no longer working front or back, which I thought odd. When the part came in, it was replaced quickly. I did notice that they forgot to replace screws in the bumper, however this is a minor (if annoying) issue. The major issue was that the pump went out again, after only a few days of driving! When I brought it back in, they took another look and identified a wiring issue. They did their best to fix it and promised to save an extra wiring harness for me if one shows up (to save an additional $100 part order). They did not charge me for the time or the fix and offered to drop me off at work and pick me back up. I would give them a 'great' review for this fix, if they had identified the wiring first. The part itself was not extremely expensive, however it was still $100 I would have saved myself. More
I took my car in for a recall, they told me the part thst was the problem was ok under my 2003 Santa Fe, He said they put a undercoating too. I had the windsheild washer motor replaced, & the rear hatch doo was the problem was ok under my 2003 Santa Fe, He said they put a undercoating too. I had the windsheild washer motor replaced, & the rear hatch door handle replaced which for those 2 items it cost me $436.00 which I think is rediculus price. I also have to have front wheel bearings replaced soon which will be another $400. something & drive & timing belts another $505.00, oil pan leak another $$305.00 & then Front brake pads & rotors another $$495.00. I don't know how I am going to be able to afford all of this. and all of the prices above do not include taxes. I believe I will be trying to find a private mechanic to do these things. I don't know if anything can be done to give a senior citizen a break but I would love to be notified if that is possible. Thank you, Sandra Miller mssandi1951@yahoo.com More
