Matt at the service department and John the porter were very friendly. I would have like details as to what was accomplished (car was in for 7500 mile check up) and what the service charges covered. I wa very friendly. I would have like details as to what was accomplished (car was in for 7500 mile check up) and what the service charges covered. I was told my first oil change would be free, but it appears as though I was charged for it. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I was simply told to go to the cashier, a quick summary of services performed and associated costs would have been nice. Also, when I purchased my Tucson I was told that the car would be washed when it was in for service. I thought a wash would include a quick interior vacuum, but that is not the case and the exterior wash was extremely basic. More

This place is a joke. Everyone is rude as xxxx and they are always missing paperwork. I purchased an extended warranty. When something went wrong with my car low and behold they couldn't find a thing. Aft are always missing paperwork. I purchased an extended warranty. When something went wrong with my car low and behold they couldn't find a thing. After some digging I found my paper work. I took the car there because it does not have a deductible if I get the service completed at Patrick. Warranty Paperwork in hand they tried to have us first pay for the service. Then pay for a non existent deductible. Took my vehicle again today because I had no brake lights(not a bulb issue, or a fuse) . The guy who scheduled me, made it seem like he was doing me a huge favor by scheduling us in the middle of the day. For this EMERGENCY SERVICE, since it is a major safety issue. Then talked down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. My husband brought in the car. Again tried to make him pay for a diagnostic fee. And continued to tell us that brake lights don't go out for no reason and we need to maintain the vehicle. ( I go every 3k to another dealership). And guess what .it was the switch that was faulty. Be aware when purchasing and servicing your vehicle. They try to pull it over on you again and again. And make sure you keep all of your documents. Also sales dept. Tried to sell me a undercarriage protection package. I declined, and took it to my father in Wisconsin to apply the coating, only to find out, it has a plastic covering. This dealership makes me sick. I can't wait until I don't have to deal with them any longer More
As far as my vehicle goes, I am very pleased with the overall car. I bought a fully modded ($12000 in upgrades) 2003 Nissan 350z, and I couldn't be more happy with the car. However, I just came to realiz overall car. I bought a fully modded ($12000 in upgrades) 2003 Nissan 350z, and I couldn't be more happy with the car. However, I just came to realize that I was duped into signing extended warranties due to direct fraudulent claims as to what was covered. It was a very easy selling point as the guy selling the extended warranties (Not my actual salesman) knew about all the upgrades on the vehicle, as well as the powertrain warranty I was going to put on it. Without my knowledge, they added in 3 other warranties covered by ASI, their warranty provider (Totaling almost $2000). Now this is where it gets really sketchy, and recently, after contacting ASI, I found out just how fraudulent the person selling the warranties was. I was specifically told that everything on this vehicle, minus the brakes and clutch was going to be covered as one of the warranties covered both the interior and exterior (rims/wheels included). Since this vehicle had a body kit, I asked questions about the warranty in regards to what damage was covered. I was told that the warranty would cover any damage to the body kit and any other part of the vehicle would be covered if there was any damage (light damage to fully cracked plastics). I was told another warranty I was paying for would pay for the windshield entirely if it were cracked. Since I know the warranty information is quite vague, I took the person selling the warranties word as I thought they legally could not lie to sell a warranty. Well, it turns out that the person selling the warranties was in fact a complete liar and made illegal and fraudulent claims to dupe me into signing the warranties. I contacted the IAS warranty provider and was told this... "Theft $1000 (C1A) - covers vehicle in case of theft and not recovered within 30 days or recovered but declared a total loss Crystal Fusion Windshield Repair (CFWR) - for small cracks, stars or chips to the front windshield caused by a road hazard Super Polysteel Platinum environmental protection (PSPBEXX) - for exterior paint loss of gloss, acid rain, tree sap, bird droppings and interior carpet/fabric/vinyl/leather protection against fading, stains, chewing gum, burns size of a cigarette plus punctures less than 1/4" and rips/tears less than inch on fabric/vinyl/leather. Multi-Shield Protection (TDK) - includes tire/wheel guarantee repairs/replaces tires and/or wheels damaged due to a road hazard, 24 hour tire related roadside assistance, unlimited paintless dent repair on vertical panels i.e. doors, fenders, and key replacement up to $399 per year for lost, stolen or destroyed." After that, I contacted someone in Patrick Hyundai via phone who said that the claims made when signing the papers do not follow under their typical warranties at all. It is also ridiculous to note that the exterior is NOT covered for vehicles over 5 years old. I was convinced to buy these warranties based on fraudulent claims by the seller to make it seem like the warranty would truly help if I had any issues. Turns out it was exactly the opposite and I was duped into signing my name and spending almost $2000 on these three warranties, most of which do not cover anything. Even the windshield warranty only covers up to 6'' long cracks only and no more. Here are also the terms on the Super Polysteel Warranty... "Eligibility: The Super Polysteel Exterior Painted Surface Protection and Carpet/Fabric/Vinyl/Leather Limited Warranty applies only to New Authorized Dealer vehicles using the Super Polysteel System Treatment. "New Vehicle and New Lease Vehicle" means a non-commmercial vehcile no more than five(5) model years old (model year is defined as curent year plus 5 years) regardless of milage at the time of initial application of the Super Polysteel System package. No other vehicles will be covered under this Limited warranty Program." The worst part is, I made a few calls this past week and finally got the voicemail of the guy who was in charge of these warranties at Patrick Hyundai. I left a voicemail and have heard nothing back. I also have sent in messages to their contact form over a week ago, and nothing back from that either. Although my salesman did a good job, there definitely are crooks in this company and will pickpocket you by making fraudulent claims on what is truly covered on your car. ****My Car was great and for an excellent price, but Patrick Hyundai took almost $2000 of mine by lying their way into me signing a warranty***** More
I recently bought a used car from Patrick Hyundai and had I recently bought a used car from Patrick Hyundai and had the worst experience of my life. I am a new car owner never bought a car so in new to this I recently bought a used car from Patrick Hyundai and had the worst experience of my life. I am a new car owner never bought a car so in new to this but I thought customers come first? I was forced in to a car that broke down on my way home and several times after that. I brought it back and was told if I put 1000 extra they can put me in sum thing else so it did and I got a car for the same price.. So why 1000 extra? Then the car was given to me drity and no oil changed like the sale man said he would do. Then I was asked to bring it in to get some service and was told they would Change oil then. Never happend! I brought the car in and they put GPS on it I guess and that was it and when my car was returned the was a dent on the front hood I pointed it out right away to the Patrick employee and was told he would talk to the manger and call me later. He never call so I called next day and was to that it was not dented by them and that when they sold me the car the didn't even make any money off me so they couldn't fix it. So to me that is very wrong. Also when I returned the first car I left some belonging in there and was told they would be returned and keep getting lied to about that as well. I am very upset..Jeff and Natalie More

I was contacted by Steve K in customer service who was polite, apologetic and agreed to look into my previous complaint. While I have only had the car a few days now, it appears that all was done properly and my bill was adjusted. I can't say that it erases the nasty exchange that I had with Steve in Sales, I will say that I appreciate the dealership had the courtesy and common sense to understand why I was upset and how a negative interaction can really ruin a company's reputation. I will keep you posted and thank Steve K and Dan in service dept for being professional. S. P. 2/4/2013 More
I just purchased a car from Patrick Hyundai last week. It was the best experience you could ever have purchasing a car! Jim Dulaney is a person that took care of me and my husband and from whom we eventually was the best experience you could ever have purchasing a car! Jim Dulaney is a person that took care of me and my husband and from whom we eventually purchased the car. We have purchased a few cars before and this was definitely the best experience we've had so far. Jim was willing to work on the price with us, was not pushy and did not try to sell us optional things we did not want. Of course you have to do your research on the car that you want and the price that you're willing to pay for the car before you get to the dealership but this is something you have to do wherever you go! We purchased a brand new car, traded in the old one and got everything we wanted in the price we were willing to pay. Oh, and I failed to mention that their Internet quote was the most competitive as well. We traded in another Hyundai that was serviced with this dealership for five years and never had a problem with anything! Guys working at Service Department are super nice and do everything they can to accommodate your needs! Also, my previous car was purchased at the same dealership and that experience was great as well! This is definitely my dealership when I'm ready to trade in another car! Thanks Patrick Hyundai! More
I used the Consumer Reports/Zag Car Buying Service to obtain a price quote and purchase my 2013 Hyundai Sonata GLS. Patrick Hyundai had the lowest price by far. I visited the dealership in person, and me obtain a price quote and purchase my 2013 Hyundai Sonata GLS. Patrick Hyundai had the lowest price by far. I visited the dealership in person, and meet with salesperson Anthony Cassano. The entire purchase process was smooth and problem-free. Anthony was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He helped me locate the vehicle with the options I wanded and was excellent throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him and Patrick Hyundai, especially if using the CR Buying Service. DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP!! We were low-balled. DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP!! We were low-balled. Meaning we were given an unrealistic low lease payment. Found out when we visited another Hyundai DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP!! We were low-balled. Meaning we were given an unrealistic low lease payment. Found out when we visited another Hyundai dealership. They ran numbers on the same exact model at invoice and were told that it was not possible to get anywhere near that payment amount. When we returned, the salesman (Luke) tried to separate me from my wife so she would sign papers by herself. After stating I had to be at work by a certain time, Luke delayed the time to sit down with the finance manager. Told me to go to work and my wife could sign papers. IN ADDITION, he took a check we gave him to give the finance manager and instead dropped it in a safe that couldn't be open except by armor guards and morning staff. We left to return the next day when we found out he was trying to hide fees. Long story short, called police to dealership to try and retrieve our money. Police tried to persuade manager to return money but manager told police it wasn't their concern (civil matter). They asked police to leave the dealership. In talks with the dealership owner's administration staff trying to get our money back. More
