My wife bought a Hyundai Tiburon from Patrick Hyundai in 2004. She has been very happy with the car and the service. My Husband and I went to Patrick Hyundai to trade in our vehicle and purchase possibly 2 Small SUV's.We were interested in learning more about the Tuscson and Sante Fe.We got Gary the uninterested Salesman. vehicle and purchase possibly 2 Small SUV's.We were interested in learning more about the Tuscson and Sante Fe.We got Gary the uninterested Salesman. We told him what we needed in a Vehicle which was Cargo Space and of course AWD .Please explain.He showed us only in the Tuscon how the back looks. Nothing else .Took my license made a copy told me I could drive it .And left parking area .WE didn't know that the Tuscon goes into manual transmission so the whole time I drove it, I was in 1st gear and it felt like a go cart! I certainly wasn't interested in that car .When we got back to the parking lot,the porter had the Sante Fe waiting for us and no Gary was around.So we got in,drove it loved it and wanted to learn more about it, and purchase it.We got back to the parking lot ,NO GARY.NO GARY ANYWHERE,another sales man said well maybe he is busy with someone else .We waited about 15 minutes, nobody came out to ask us if we needed help,NO GARY at all .We took the keys, portable license plate and handed it to another salesman and left. Drove to O'Hare Hyundai and purchased the Sante Fe.They were WONDERFUL, friendliness, showed us what the car had ,explained everything,showed us cargo,etc .Much more professional 500%.LOVE THE SANTE FE..Recommending O'Hare Hyundai to everyone I know.EXCELLENT!!
