It is easy to schedule an appointment and I have always been greeted by friendly people. Estimates (time and cost) have always been accurate. Service employee always speaks to me before doing anything unexpected to my car. Some services are more expensive at this dealership, but overall I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More

No pressure, no fast talk, no gimmicks, fair purchase price, just a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Our Sales person was DAVE DILLON. He immediately made us feel very comfortable from the start, and after only a short time, we felt like we were dealing with an old friend, and not a stranger we had just met for the first time. Dave REALLY gave you the impression that he had our best interests and satisfaction as his first priority, and he lived up to that impression, and certainly came through for us. He was our "ambassador" through the entire process, from the test drive through to the completion of the purchase process. He gladly and patiently answered all of our questions, and also sat with us to instruct and demonstrate many of the options and features on our car before we drove away. And as a follow-up, he also said to call him anytime, with any issues, questions, or concerns that we might have, and he would be of assistance. I have to say this was the most painless and easy situation that I have ever had. I was really nervous going in to buy a new car and then having to deal with a pushy sales person. (We had a horrible experience at the Ford dealer in Schaumburg). He asked us questions, answered all of our questions and most of all was very patient and let us go at our own pace. If I ever had to buy a new car ever again I would definitely go back to Patrick Hyundai and ask for Larry. Once again this was THE BEST new car sales experience I have ever had. Just wonderful! More
