Purchased New Elantra from Manny Diaz. He was the best! We just purchased our first brand new Hyundai from Schaumburg Patrick Hyundai on August 2, 2014. We were fortunate enough to work with Manny Diaz. E We just purchased our first brand new Hyundai from Schaumburg Patrick Hyundai on August 2, 2014. We were fortunate enough to work with Manny Diaz. Even though we have had our other older Sonata serviced at Patrick Hyundai and have been happy, we never bought a car from them. We went to the dealership with same hesitant, nervous and jaded feeling a lot of car buyers have. Unfortunately due to too many unethical and pushy salespeople at other dealerships that I've experienced before, I was reluctant to buy a new car and put this acquisition off as long as we could. I considered Patrick Hyundai because of their great on line reviews and because we love our used Hyundai. We were greeted by Manny and within 10 minutes, I was sold on him. Manny knew every detail about every model of Hyundai even going back to our 2008 Sonata. He knew every single car on the lot like the back of his hand. He knew all the rebates and financing available, and if he wasn't 100% sure because it was dependent on our other variables, he was honest and found out. He never used any high pressure techniques but won us over with his knowledge and fairness. I briefed him on where our finances were regarding this purchase and what we felt comfortable with and he never once tried to steer us out of our means. Manny made us feel 100% at ease and we drove away with our new Elantra with smiles and absolutely no nervousness or buyers remorse. He's followed up with us to make sure we were happy a couple of times. My husband and I left the dealership telling Manny that we knew we would be life time customers of his and Patrick Hyundai. That is how fair and ethical and knowledgeable he is. I mean, quite honestly, how many people walk away from buying a new car this happy? Buying a new car for your family should be an exciting and happy time and for the first time in my husbands and my history, Manny made that happen. Oh, and also, our 2014 Elantra is amazing!!!!!! Made the appointment on-line, received a confirmation right away and then a couple days before the appointment I received a reminder email. Got to the dealer at scheduled time, and there was no line. Drove right in and spoke to a service person within a minute. They confirmed the service to be performed and said it would take about two hours including the car wash. Less than two hours later the vehicle was ready. They explained the service done and found no other issues. Paid the cashier and I was on my way in less than five minutes. Would highly recommend this dealership. More
