After a few visits elsewhere, I entered the Patrick showroom and was immediately greeted by Kashif Mirza, who quickly retrieved the computer record of my purchase specifications request/quote. I was particularly interested in purchasing the Santa Fe Limited model, upgraded with most all features. Kashif was able to find the exact model I had described from another dealer and had it delivered to his site for a test drive/review. That was impressive enough...but, the professional, knowledgeable manner with which Kashif communicated the various features of the car is what closed the deal...the car and his presentation were heads above the competition. My sales rep Alex Baszaral was outstanding - did a great job exploring all options for me and working with his team to get me into a new 2015 Elantra SE. The deal was great, obtained a great rate and the car - well after 13 years with a Hyundai - I am looking forward to owing this new one for many years, as well.
