The one negative was that they ran my credit multiple times when I asked them to only run it once for Hyundai motor finance and not other institutions (I was only financing to get more incentives so I only cared about they rate that they could give me as I already had other financing options lined up). When I confronted them about this it appeared that there was a communication issue with between either myself and the salesman or the salesman and the person reviewing the finances. Other than that, everything else went very smoothly. More
