In fact, this is the second time we have to Patrick Hyundai. Both times, a wonderful salesman called "Maz" has helped us. Both times, he has given us tons of options for our needs with no sales pressure at all. Not only did he find an affordable car for our teenager at the price we needed but he found one for even less! We ended up getting the more expensive car because it was the best choice but it was great to have a choice in the first place, considering our limited budget. The next time we needed a car, Volkswagon treated us like dirt and practically chased us out the door ... so we thought about the wonderful experience we had at Hyundai and went back. Maz was still there and, once again, he treated us like rock stars. First, he found us a great used car - well within our budget- and it only had 9,000 miles on it. Then, he listened and heard us when we said we really wanted to lease a new car but probably couldn't afford the monthly payments. Once again, Maz came to the rescue; he leased us a brand new Elantra with a monthly payment that gave us room to breathe. Thank you Patrick Hyundai. YOU are the type of people that make consumers feel like there is hope in this troubling economy. More

Birthday Car I wasn't prepared to buy a new car yet, planned on buying in the fall. I stopped into Patrick Hyundai on my way home, and the first person I met was Tom Ciriche (spelling??) . He was knowledgeable and friendly, asked what I was looking for and showed me to a few cars that met my needs exactly. We talked about what the car offered and I was sold. One of the reasons was that my last experience with a car dealer pretty much nailed all the negative stereotypes. Pushy salesman, shoddy work, tried to renege on our agreed on trade in price, etc. Not here though. My salesperson, Randy Boyd, was attentive, actually listened to my needs instead of trying to push me towards what they wanted to sell, showed me all my options, and bent over backwards to make the financing work. Overall, as good an experience as a car dealer can offer. More
