The team also went above expectations in obtaining a car with my desired features from a neighboring Hyundai Dealership. The customer service in the financial department could be improved. Even though it appeared that I was one of very few people left in the dealership, it took a substantially long time for the financing associate to meet with me. Once we did meet, he appeared rushed and spent more time trying to sell add-on packages than actually reviewing the financing details for the purchase of my vehicle. I feel there was a misunderstanding that occurred because of a lack of communication between the financing associate and myself. Luckily the sales manager, Tony, was able to address these concerns and also provided excellent customer service. More
