Everything was taken into consideration (my son's wheelchair and walker was the main issue to address and no one was afraid to assist. We found the right car for our family. I live out in Plainfield, and did a lot of research online prior to choosing Patrick Hyundai. We wanted to purchase a new 2017 Elantra, and I spent time online with a few different dealerships before actually heading out in person. I sent an online inquiry to Patrick Hyundai, as well as another Chicagoland Hyundai dealership. Immediately, I was contacted by Maz from Patrick Hyundai. He was up front, honest, and very direct with me in a way that I appreciated very much. We spoke on the phone directly, as well as communicated back and forth via text messaging. After getting the run around from another dealership, I decided to go with Maz. I was as straightforward with him as he was with me. We talked about a price before my husband and I showed up, and when we did (an hour drive from home), Maz had the car we were interested in pulled up and ready for a test drive. We took it for a drive around the block, and had a deal completed within 15 minutes from arriving. Smooth, seamless, and most importantly - exactly as described. Car dealers are not fun to deal with, but Maz and Patrick Hyundai restored my faith in this industry that traditionally lacks customer service. Thank you!
